Investor Relations & Partnership Opportunities

Shack Group welcomes private and corporate investment on IT development projects. Partnership agreements are available that cover terms of investment, return on investment, ownership status, copyright, and operability procedures for any given venture. We have developed partnership agreements with investors to date particularly in relation to our investments and undertakings in the realm of financial services, including software and web site development. Technology sharing arrangements and co-branding facilities are available for partners in select fields of operation.

We develop investor relationships with industry leading groups looking for partnership agreements related to data security, ecommerce, market sector expansion, and business to business service management. Outsourcing firms operating outside of Australia are encouraged to submit partnership proposals for the management of call centers, help desks, and software development projects. We seek to engage such firms in long-term, sustainable relationships that are mutually beneficial for both parties and add increased benefits to the services and products we offer to our clients.

Private investors looking for new investment strategies in data security, virtual private network development, telephony, or ecommerce are invited to discuss arrangements with our financial division to come to terms of agreement. The Shack Group works as a profit sharing co-developer of private business projects in partnership with select groups internationally. Individual investors who seek to develop proprietary software, ecommerce, and web site applications with the Shack Group can submit terms and proposals on a contract basis. We will review each submission individually, and assign a financial services representative to negotiate the terms of the account. Investment in proprietary software development is a high priority for the Shack Group in our business plan as it extends over the next 5 year cycle, and long-term partnerships are sought for this investment.
