Home Automation Lines Introduced for 2008

Retail technology division Digital Combinations will be launching a new range of home automation products for the residential and commercial markets in 2008. This move will be in line with Digital Combinations efforts to expand their range of offerings in commercial security appliances. The new product line will focus on devices that are used to automate light systems, electronic appliances, and home security features by remote control and computer programming. The line will include all utilities that are necessary, including home automation kits, modules, and controllers.

Home Automation Kits:

  • Home Automation Starter Kit - Add remote control and computer automation to lights and appliances.
  • Wireless Security Systems - Creates an appearance of being "at home" even when you are out.
  • Lighting Starter Kit - Add remote control functionality to any light fixture or home appliance through a 240v socket.
  • Easy PC Control Kit - Automate all of the appliances in your home with control systems based in your PC.
  • Bedroom Control - Control lights and home appliances from the bedroom, synchronize utilities with the morning alarm.
  • Appliance Starter Kit - Turns on and off kitchen appliances and other devices by remote control.
  • Video Monitoring - Monitor your home for security or safety, children’s bedrooms, etc. simply from your television.
  • Energy Smart Kit - Reduce power bills and turn off electronics when not in use through motion control sensors.
  • Irrigation Automation - Program your lawn and garden irrigation or sprinkler system using PC and remote techniques.
  • Curtain Control Kit - Open and close the curtains of your house using remote control features.

  • Bench Top Controller - Push button control pad that allows automation of up to 8 light systems from a single source.
  • Computer Controller - Automate lights, appliances, and other household devices through control by your PC.
  • Keychain Controller - Take your remote control facilities mobile by linking them to an easy keychain controller.
  • Motion Sensor Controller - Will automatically turn on lights when motion is detected and turn off when room is empty.
